Bel Fuse Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Senior Assembler J to perform assembly operations in line with established product, safety and quality standards.

This team-oriented role will involve interpretations of electrical and mechanical drawings and collaboration with engineers to identify process improvements that enhance safety, productivity and quality. Qualifications

• Must be J standard certified (Solder).
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing assembly or specialized training preferred.
• High school Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to move to any assembly job function within the facility.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Construct electro-mechanical assemblies per engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble products.
• Inspect parts for defects and record data for process control charts.
• Suggest improvements to the process to improve safety, productivity and quality.
• Train assemblers to deliver high quality, on-time products.
• Operate equipment to assemble products per documentation and quality standards.
