Bel Fuse Inc. is seeking a Senior Assembler J to perform electro-mechanical assembly in a team environment. You will read electrical and mechanical drawings, work with engineers to improve safety, productivity and quality, and train others to deliver high-quality, on-time products.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO, AS9100 and Lean Manufacturing practices, with a focus on safe operations and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing assembly.
• High school Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical products per drawings and documentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Identify process improvements to enhance safety, productivity and quality.
• Train assemblers to ensure on-time, high-quality output.
• Maintain attendance and support ISO, AS9100, Lean initiatives.
