Job summary

Cinch Connectivity Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a Sr. Assembler J to build electro-mechanical components by assembling parts and subassemblies. The role involves interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and using soldering skills.

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify process improvements that boost safety, productivity and quality, while supporting setup, adjustments, repair and operation of assembly equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be J standard certified (Solder).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing assembly or specialized training preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure correct assembly.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify process improvements for safety, productivity and quality.
• Support setup, adjustments, repair, maintenance and operation of assembly equipment.
