Job summary

Exavalu Inc is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a remote role focused on Solartis Insure Platform within Commercial P&C insurance. You will drive architecture across policy administration, Solartis microservices, and Azure-based solutions while leading cross-functional teams.

The candidate should bring 8+ years in Solartis, P&C, and cloud-enabled architectures, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to deliver enterprise-grade insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Solartis Insure Policy Administration Platform.
• 8+ years integrating Solartis with enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Solartis microservices.
• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, ReactJS, SQL Server, and working knowledge of Python FastAPI.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, jBPM, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable solutions using Solartis Insure, Azure, .NET, and ReactJS.
• Lead solution architecture, code quality, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to deliver business requirements.
• Design and manage integrations using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and other Azure Integration Services.
• Support the full policy lifecycle, including submission, quoting, endorsements, renewals, and policy administration.
• Mentor development teams and communicate technical solutions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
