Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Senior .NET Architect in Peoria, IL, to lead architecture and design for a strategic P&C Insurance engagement. You will own end-to-end architecture, define roadmaps, and collaborate with Directors, AVPs, and CIO-level stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in software engineering, deep P&C domain expertise, and strong .NET/Azure experience. This client-facing role emphasizes modernization, governance, and scalable solutions across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
Must have strong P&C Insurance domain experience across policy, billing, and claims.
Expert in enterprise architecture and distributed systems.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple programs such as modernization initiatives.
Define target-state architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
Lead architecture reviews, governance, and ensure enterprise alignment.
Define scalable API-led and event-driven patterns for services.
Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in design and development.
Support data platforms and AI initiatives, including Snowflake and ETL/ELT pipelines.
