Job summary

Cleanleaf is seeking a Solar Technician III to lead and train team members, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar and battery systems, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, ongoing documentation in CMMS, and hands-on expertise with SCADA/DAS systems.

The position involves field work, up to 50% travel, and collaboration with management to address client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient English communication (oral and written).
• Experience with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train Solar Technician I/II as assigned.
• Perform preventive maintenance on solar and battery installations.
• Perform corrective maintenance ensuring root cause is addressed.
• Interface with SCADA/DAS and communicate with management and customers.
• Document all work in Service Visit and CMMS with proper grammar, photos, and checklists.
• Provide technical support for customer issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and complete tasks safely and on time.
