MN8 Energy, Inc. is seeking a Solar Technician III to perform advanced electrical and mechanical maintenance for solar, energy storage, and EV charging systems across multiple sites. The role includes leadership duties, training junior technicians, and ensuring safety and quality across all tasks.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting work. Must meet OSHA standards, read schematics, and travel up to 50% of the time to project locations.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
• Basic reading of design drawings and schematics.
• Understanding OSHA regulations is preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer operations.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate integrity, initiative, safety, and quality on tasks.
• Complete all safety training.
• Review safety policies before work begins.
• Attend weekly safety meetings.
• Oversee and train Solar Technician 1 and 2.
• Ensure PPE is available, inspected and used.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations.
• Troubleshoot installations and identify root causes for repair.
• Complete tasks safely and on time.
• Maintain and document tools, equipment, and timecards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
