EDF Power Solutions is seeking a Renewable Energy Technician to perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning on utility-scale solar, wind and storage assets. The role may include leading teams on routine tasks and ensuring safety and quality across projects.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of renewable energy experience, and strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years renewable energy experience and completion of Technician 2 Standard or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and operate MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform unsupervised corrective and preventive maintenance on renewable energy assets and energy storage systems.
• Train and oversee junior technicians and sign off on competency.
• Conduct site safety assessments and maintain safety documentation.
