Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of onsite multi-trade commercial construction management.
• At least 5 years as site superintendent or foreman on commercial solar projects.
• Experience with solar construction practices, interconnections, rooftop racking, and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Willingness to travel up to 95% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and management to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, risk mitigation, and safety programs.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and fault diagnosis of solar systems.
• Ensure NEC and local regulation compliance across sites.
• Provide hands-on leadership and accountability on jobsites.
