Job summary

Centrica Business Solutions is seeking a Site Superintendent in Baltimore, MD. You will lead on-site project management for solar PV installations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance, and drive project schedules to successful completion.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with customers, and oversee O&M troubleshooting to maintain full output and high quality across regional sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience of successful onsite management of jobsites.
• 5 years as a site superintendent or foreman for commercial solar projects.
• Experience with commercial solar construction practices and interconnections.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate work activities on the jobsite.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations (NEC knowledge).
• Lead safety programs and site-specific safety plans to minimize incidents.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and third parties.
• Troubleshoot on-site Operations and Maintenance and assist RMAs.
