Silicon Ranch is seeking a Utility Scale Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III to oversee maintenance across facilities in Tullahoma, TN. Qualifications

• Advanced skills with computers and electronic equipment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, and OSHA standards.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS (must be obtained within 4 weeks of employment).
• State electrical license or NABCEP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance across PV facilities, including PV system, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Lead corrective maintenance and respond to emergencies.
• Log all work in the CMMS platform and coordinate with contractors.
• Provide daily leadership, mentoring, and training to the area team.
• Support field investigations for predictive analytics and root-cause analysis.
