Job summary

Silicon Ranch is hiring for a Utility Scale Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III in Tullahoma, TN. The role supervises corrective and preventive maintenance for a defined set of facilities, including PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substation, and MV/HV/OHE infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has direct on-site management experience at 100 MW+ NERC-regulated facilities, plus 4+ years in electrical maintenance and 1+ year in utility-scale solar PV operations. On-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• PV solar operations and maintenance experience required.
• Direct on-site management experience at NERC-regulated facilities with 100 MW+ capacity.
• 4+ years in the electrical trade, electrical maintenance, multicraft maintenance, or related apprentice program.
• 1+ years of experience in utility scale solar PV operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead scheduled preventive maintenance across PV + UPS + SCADA + substation and MV/HV/OHE systems.
• Lead corrective maintenance tasks, scheduled and unscheduled, across the same systems.
• Log all work in the CMMS platform and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide site leadership, mentoring, and training to direct reports in the area of operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work in the defined area.
