Job summary

Birch Creek Energy, a growing utility-scale solar developer, seeks a Project Manager in St. Louis with remote-friendly options to lead solar EPC projects. You will collaborate with development, commercial, engineering, finance, legal, and accounting teams to drive project success.

You will manage schedule, budget, safety, and quality while maintaining strong stakeholder relations and P&L accountability across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Five to seven or more years progressive project management in industrial-scale solar construction.
• Advanced understanding of contracts, plans, codes, and construction methods.
• Experience with land development and project financial closing requirements.
• Experience with large-scale earthwork or landfill construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage delivery of multiple solar EPC projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners, including subcontractors and utilities.
• Manage project scope, changes, documentation, and quality control.
• Monitor budget, forecast revenues, costs, and margins; track P&L performance.
• Implement health and safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
