Job summary

Birch Creek Energy, a rapidly growing utility-scale solar development company, seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple solar & storage EPC projects from development through commissioning. You will coordinate with owners, utilities, landowners, developers, and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety goals.

Applicants should have 5–7+ years in industrial scale solar construction, with strong contract and cost-control skills, and experience with permitting, AHJs, and

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years progressive PM experience in industrial scale solar construction.
• Advanced understanding of contracts, plans, specs, codes, and construction methods.
• Experience with land development and project financial closing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple solar & storage EPC projects, on time and on budget, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Manage project P&L, forecast revenues and margins, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with owners, utilities, landowners, developers, consultants, and internal teams; lead bidding, scoping, pricing, and contracting.
• Ensure regulatory and AHJ approvals are obtained and submitted accurately and timely.
• Provide input on project design, permitting, and site investigations; support origination, development, and financing teams.
