Job summary

Birch Creek Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple solar & storage EPC projects from development through operations. You will collaborate with owners, utilities, landowners, municipalities, and internal teams to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.

The role emphasizes coordinating project execution, managing P&L responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with federal and local codes. Remote-work options are available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Five to seven or more years progressive project management experience on industrial-scale solar construction projects.
• Advanced understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, codes, and construction means and methods.
• Experience with land development and project financial closing requirements.
• Experience with large-scale cut and fill earthwork or landfill construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple solar & storage EPC projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with owners, utilities, landowners, and partners to ensure project alignment.
• Implement and manage health and safety programs across projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support origination, development, financing, and engineering teams on project pricing and design.
• Report project progress, scope changes, and financial performance to stakeholders.
