Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple solar utility projects from an office or remote site, with emphasis on safety, contract, schedule, budget and quality. The role involves developing budgets, guiding execution from handover to warranty, and coordinating with site managers to optimize resources and maintain contract schedule.

You will manage risk, change orders, and billing, while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to NEC and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of project management and/or construction supervisory experience in solar, electrical, mechanical or substation construction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proficient with MS-Project and Primavera P6; knowledge of NEC/AIA contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from office or remote site with focus on safety, budget, schedule and quality.
• Develop detailed project budgets and maintain financial performance.
• Oversee project execution from handover to warranty and manage change orders.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure on-time resources and materials.
• Review contracts, track billing and documentation, and communicate with customers.
