Job summary

Cinterra seeks a Site Manager (Renewables) to lead utility-scale solar projects, oversee on-site crews, and ensure safe, quality, and timely project delivery. You will manage schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations, with frequent customer engagement and coordination across trades.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, analytical thinking, and knowledge of electrical work (AC/DC). Travel and long hours are expected to meet project needs and site specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of construction management in utility scale solar required.
• NFPA 70E Certification (preferred).
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required), OSHA training and certifications (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work long hours and travel frequently.
• Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code.
• Knowledge of pile installation, tracker installation, module installation, AC/DC installation.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safety as a core value on site.
• Assist PM with budget development and production rate estimates.
• Perform take-offs and aid in customer document approval.
• Submit RFIs for customer review.
• Manage material, equipment, and shortages reporting.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and underground crews’ activities.
