ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and municipal solar projects in Connecticut. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, utility coordination, and client communications in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff meetings, developing execution plans, tracking costs, and ensuring design intent is maintained across site teams. Strong leadership and NEC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or utility-scale solar.
• Experience with NEC and electrical construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and municipal solar projects across CT.
• Lead kickoff meetings and execution planning.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and schedules for long lead items.
• Coordinate procurement of major equipment and materials.
• Interface with utilities for interconnection, testing, and approvals.
• Track budgets and manage subcontracts and vendor agreements.
• Oversee permitting and inspection processes.
