Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Milford, CT-based commercial electrical contractor's solar division. You will oversee large-scale municipal and commercial solar projects from contract through completion, coordinating schedule, budget, subs, and client communications.

The role requires NEC knowledge, 4+ years in commercial construction or utility-scale solar, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, electrical construction, or utility-scale solar.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and municipal solar projects across CT.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and establish execution plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate utilities timelines.
• Manage procurement of major equipment and balance of system materials.
• Coordinate with utilities for interconnection, testing, and approvals.
• Track budgets and ensure margin targets are met.
• Review subcontracts and vendor agreements.
• Submit RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering and field teams to ensure design intent.
• Oversee permitting and inspection processes.
• Manage project billing milestones and O&M transition.
