Job summary

Legence Corp. is seeking a skilled engineer to lead and execute solar PV systems projects. The ideal candidate will work with a team to design, bid, and project manage installations. Candidates should have extensive experience in PV installations and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in PV installations.
NABCEP Certification preferred.
Thorough knowledge of the NEC electrical code.
Experience with PV Interconnection documents.

Responsibilities

Design, bid, project manage, and commission solar PV systems.
Work with a team of engineers to fulfil client needs.

Skills

PV installations (small commercial and large commercial (50-1MW+))

NABCEP PV Installation Certification

Installation of AC & DC electrical wiring

Knowledge of NEC electrical code

Modeling PV production (SAM, Helioscope)

Understanding structural drawings

Revit/AutoCAD

Electrical engineering skills

Knowledge of grid tied PV systems

Knowledge of 3-Phase Power Systems

Project management familiarity

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
