Job summary

Solar Landscape is seeking a senior-level Project Development lead to own 30-40 commercial solar projects from contract execution through NTP. You will drive strategies across interconnection, zoning, incentives, legal, and finance while managing risks and deadlines.

You will align Engineering, Interconnection, Legal, Finance, and other teams to de-risk projects and push them toward construction, mentoring teammates along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, environmental studies, or related field.
• 4+ years of renewable energy project development experience.
• Experience with NJ interconnection, municipal approvals, and state solar incentives.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects through multiple stages.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of 30-40 commercial solar projects from contract through NTP.
• Develop strategies across interconnection, zoning, incentives, legal, finance, and other workstreams.
• Monitor critical paths, risks, and deadlines; propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead complex project escalations and present to senior leadership.
• Provide project updates and recommendations to executives.
