Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an on-site General Foreman to supervise pile foremen and technical leads, ensuring safe, productive, and cost-efficient execution per project specifications. The role requires independent decision-making and effective resource utilization across labor, materials, tools, and equipment.

You will provide technical input for mechanical and civil construction work, mentor field staff, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and the project Quality

Qualifications

• Experience with utility-scale solar pile installation.
• Experience supervising pile installation crews.
• Experience managing pile production, quality, and safety performance.
• Knowledge of pile installation challenges including refusal and embedment.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with survey/QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs all Pile Foremen and technical leads on-site to optimize resources and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Schedules equipment, materials and tools to maximize production and minimize costs in collaboration with Trade Superintendent.
• Mentors Field Engineers and Foremen on discipline, costs, scope, quality and safety.
• Acts as a technical civil/mechanical consultant for field personnel.
• Ensures safe working conditions and enforces safety regulations; handles safety training and risk management.
