Job summary

Corning in Hemlock, Michigan seeks a Senior Manager, Integrated Planning for Solar to lead cross-functional planning across polysilicon, wafer and module businesses over 0–24 months. You will align demand, supply, inventory, and financial priorities into executable plans.

The role partners with Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and planning centers of excellence to improve service, cost, cash and capacity, while building planning maturity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, operations, or related field.
• 12+ years of supply chain experience with leadership in integrated planning or SIOP.
• Experience leading planning across multiple manufacturing stages and interdependencies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning across Solar MAP for 0–24 month horizon.
• Align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial priorities.
• Lead MAP-level planning and supply review within SIOP.
• Drive planning discipline, standardization, and improvement.
