Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in product management, product marketing, business strategy, or related roles.
• Experience in cross-functional environments with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven decision making and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop value propositions to improve margins and opportunities with customers.
• Lead product line planning and prioritize critical projects for the year.
• Collaborate with Product Technology to develop and launch new products.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to commercialization and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor P&L and drive profitability initiatives across the line.
