ACT Power Services is seeking a Solar Master Technician in Fall River, MA to perform safe, productive repairs and maintenance of commercial and utility-scale solar PV plants. You will handle preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize production while upholding safety and compliance.

The role requires a Master Electrician license, OSHA NFPA knowledge, and willingness to travel and work on-call during off-hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency with power tools for repair tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to travel and work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends.
• OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and 70B knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a high level of safety standards in everything that you do.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, service, troubleshooting and repair of solar photovoltaic facilities.
• Interpret schematics to understand system layouts and connections.
• Maintain a schedule for routine maintenance, service, troubleshooting and repair of equipment at solar facilities.
