Job summary

the company Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician 3 to perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis. This role includes training and developing other Field Performance team members and requires an electrical certification per state requirements.

Responsibilities include organizing the warranty/service schedule, allocating labor, leading training sessions, and driving KPI performance while ensuring safety and quality on solar projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field construction experience required, with at least 1 year as a solar service technician
• High School diploma is required
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred
• Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman license required

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with Foreman, Supervisor and Branch Manager for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new members of the field performance team.
• Exceed defined goals for field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatches.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
