Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Software Test & Verification Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to design, develop, test, and integrate software that emulates hardware components for the Rocky program. You will build an all‑software test environment and work with hardware engineers to verify requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities include creating verification plans, automating tests, and maintaining emulation strategies, while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced defense space

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and implementing software test environments including hardware, software and network configuration.
• Experience in hardware/software integration, emulation, and testing, preferably in a lab.
• Foundational CS knowledge and object‑oriented design and software patterns.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and integrates software models to emulate hardware components or systems for an all‑software test environment.
• Partners with hardware engineers to review requirements and specifications for emulation.
• Develops, automates, tests, integrates, and administers emulation strategies and technologies.
• Develops verification plans, test procedures, and environments, and documents results.
