Job summary
Innovation Associates, Inc. is seeking a Software Test Architect to shape quality engineering across Cloud, On-Premise, Retail, and modernization products.
In a senior IC role, you will define test architecture, tooling strategy, and AI-driven testing approaches, while helping teams build scalable automation and skills to sustain it. You will collaborate with QA leaders, software engineering, product, and DevOps to embed testability, quality gates, and continuous testing into the lifecycle,
Qualifications
- 5+ years in test automation engineering, software development in test, quality engineering, or test architecture.
- Experience designing or contributing to scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, or end-to-end testing.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and using source control, PRs, and code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve test automation architecture across multiple product areas.
- Evaluate automation tools, frameworks, and platforms for fit, scalability, maintainability, and risk.
- Lead proofs of concept and create reusable reference implementations for UI, API, integration, performance, and reliability testing.
- Architect and implement AI test agents and AI-driven testing frameworks.
- Coach and mentor QA teams to build automation capabilities and ROI.
