Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Quality Architect / AI Automation Architect to lead the design and deployment of an AI-driven automated testing framework for game testing across native, web, mobile, and cloud platforms. The role requires deep technical architecture, hands-on automation, and collaboration with development and QA teams to improve product quality and testing efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in test automation, 3+ years in AI/ML-driven automation, and strong experience with

Qualifications

5+ years of Software Test Automation experience on large scale programs (native, web, cloud).
3+ years of AI/ML assisted automation experience.
Open-Source test automation frameworks/tools experience (5+ years preferred).
5+ years in languages: C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML5.
Experience with native console, web, and cloud gaming applications (preferred).

Responsibilities

Design, implement & deploy an AI-assisted test automation framework across platforms (Native, Web, Mobile, Social).
Develop automation solutions for APIs, UI, image comparison, portability, scalability, and performance.
Architect modular, reusable test automation libraries.
Lead integration of automated tests with CI/CD, defect management, and dashboards.
Mentor junior engineers and maintain the test automation framework and environments.
