Helen of Troy in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Software Systems Engineer to lead development of connected consumer and medical products spanning embedded firmware, mobile apps, and cloud services.

You will collaborate across firmware, mobile, cloud, QA and regulatory teams, own architecture decisions, and drive release readiness across software domains. This role requires strong technical judgment and hands-on contribution.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with embedded systems or connected devices.
• Experience across firmware, mobile, backend, APIs, cloud.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture discussions and technical execution across multiple software domains.
• Collaborate with firmware, mobile, cloud teams and external partners.
• Support verification, validation, and release readiness activities.
• Prototype, debug, and provide implementation support as needed.
