Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers, manage subsystems, run technical meetings, partner with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, PMQA, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering, and contribute to risk management, design verification, and transfer to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with R&D experience in medical devices.
• 5 years of work experience in health/industry with Bachelor's, or 1-3 years with Master's.
• Strong technical writing and experience in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium projects with subsystem ownership and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and direct engineers/technicians.
• Lead technical project meetings and present decisions.
• Interacts with project teams, suppliers, customers, and others.
• Prepare project documents including reports and verification/validation documentation.
• Lead build and manufacturing transfer activities.
