Helen of Troy is seeking an Operations Product Engineer for the Medical Devices group within Engineering (Braun, Vicks). The role focuses on sustaining engineering for consumer medical products, developing test plans, and maintaining design history records, with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

The position supports a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tue–Thu and optional remote Mon and Fri, in Marlborough, MA or New York, NY, depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of sustaining engineering, product development, or manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated industries and healthcare consumer products.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and IEC 60601 standards.

Responsibilities

• Own sustaining engineering activities for assigned medical products.
• Develop test plans, review test reports, and draft memos.
• Maintain DHF and design history records.
• Coordinate verification, validation, and documentation with cross-functional teams.
