Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) is seeking a Software Systems Engineer Lead with extensive experience in systems engineering, software development, low-code/no-code development, business process automation, and enterprise data analytics. This role provides senior technical leadership across architecture, development, integration, testing, modernization, and technical direction.

Qualifications

10+ years of systems engineering and software development experience.
Experience with low-code/no-code development and BPMN tools.
Experience developing automation based on BPMN models.
Experience with Appian, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Agile and hybrid low-code development.
Experience with BI platforms like MicroStrategy or Power BI.
Data analytics, data modeling, and dashboard design experience.
Knowledge of DoD architecture standards and system modernization.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical leadership in software systems engineering and analysis.
Design and develop complex applications and automation using low-code/no-code and BPMN.
Develop automation using BPMN on Appian, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Design system architectures spanning software, hardware, and interfaces.
Produce high-level design diagrams and guide the SDLC.
Ensure architectures comply with DoD and enterprise standards.
Evaluate requirements and propose hardware, software upgrades.
Lead design, coding, testing, debugging, integration, and docs.
Apply Agile/hybrid methods to low-code enterprise development.
Develop and support BI solutions including analytics and dashboards.
Evaluate new technologies for performance and suitability.
Apply modern security technologies and cryptographic concepts.
Collaborate with management on priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
Provide mentoring and QA oversight to engineers and developers.
Support maintenance, modernization, and integration across environments.
Identify and resolve complex software, systems, and performance issues.
