Job summary
Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) seeks a Senior Application Programmer – Appian / Low-Code with an active Secret clearance to lead sustainment-focused development efforts. The role emphasizes technical leadership on Appian platforms, BPMN-based automation, APIs, Oracle data modeling, and agile/hybrid delivery, with on-site NCR support and periodic Fort Belvoir work.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Active Secret clearance (IT-II) required.
- IAT Level II certification or equivalent preferred.
- Expert in sustainment lifecycle management and low-code platforms.
- Experience with Appian or similar low-code tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead development as Development Lead, Sustainment Lead, or SME.
- Guide sustainment lifecycle activities and program operations.
- Analyze applications across finance, accounting, personnel, and logistics.
- Design architectures, translate designs into software, and code.
- Develop BPMN-based automation and integrate via APIs.
- Mentor developers and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
