Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) seeks a Software Systems Engineer Lead with extensive systems engineering, software development, low-code/no-code development, and enterprise data analytics experience. You will provide senior technical leadership across architecture, development, integration, testing, modernization, and direction.

Ideal candidates bring BPMN, Appian, Oracle, SQL Server, BI platforms, data modeling, dashboards, Agile/low-code experience, and modern security technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering and software development experience.
• Experience with BPMN tools and low-code/no-code development.
• Experience designing and implementing complex software architectures.
• Active Secret Clearance with IT-II eligibility.
• IAT Level I certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across complex software systems.
• Design and develop applications and automation using BPMN and low-code platforms.
• Develop BI solutions including data modeling and dashboards.
• Lead design, coding, testing, debugging, and integration activities.
• Ensure architectures meet DoD, open systems, and EA standards.
• Mentor engineers and oversee QA and documentation.
• Collaborate with management to set technical direction and schedules.
• Support modernization, integration, and performance improvements.
