Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) seeks a Senior Application Programmer – Appian / Low-Code to lead sustainment-focused development efforts. This role emphasizes technical leadership in Appian, BPMN-based automation, and enterprise databases within a largely remote setting with periodic on-site support in the NCR.

The ideal candidate will guide complex app development and sustainment activities, provide technical direction, and mentor developers to meet schedules while delivering reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance (IT-II) required.
• IAT Level II certification or equivalent preferred/required for program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Development Lead, Sustainment Lead, or Sustainment SME.
• Provide expert-level sustainment lifecycle management support for programs and projects.
• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications across finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
• Design application architecture, block diagrams, and software solutions from requirements.
• Translate designs into functional software and code, test, and debug.
