Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
5+ years in software development, testing, or support in semiconductor/equipment.
Experience with Tier 1 semiconductor customers (e.g., Intel, TSMC, Samsung).
Familiar with development tools and bug tracking utilities.

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth expertise in Heller product operation and setup.
Provide phone and on-site software support.
Handle software installation and upgrade at customer sites.
Support fab automation testing and qualification at customer sites.
Work with customers, sales, field service, and engineering to compile software change requests to address customer needs.
Compile and update software installation, setup, and operation procedures.
Provide software training for customers and Heller Personnel.
Participate in development and enhancement of software test plans.
Test software and provide feedback to developers.
Participate in scrum calls.
Add test cases to the regression test suite for Heller’s products.
