Element Solutions is seeking an Applications Engineer in Piscataway, NJ to support semiconductor assembly product development and lab operations. You will run equipment, perform DOE studies, and collaborate with global teams to advance Power Electronics, Discrete and RF projects.

The role requires a BS in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, 3 years in semiconductor assembly, CAD knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
• Three years' experience in Semiconductor Assembly field.
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain laboratory equipment for power electronics, discrete and RF projects.
• Maintain 5S in the lab and support customer interactions.
• Conduct DOE studies and process improvements; document results.
