Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or production support in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across application code, databases, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL, and AngularJS.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and authentication/SSO.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 3 production support for complex issues, from diagnosis to resolution.
• Troubleshoot code and database problems, implement targeted fixes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis across apps, databases, and infra to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Support to improve stability and performance.
• Develop automation tools and AI-assisted solutions to streamline troubleshooting.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives, including migrations to modern frameworks.
• Build deep knowledge of the company’s SaaS applications as a technical expert.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve technical documentation and best practices.
