Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to own complex production issues across SaaS platforms. This hands-on role involves debugging application code, databases, and cloud infrastructure, with opportunities to impact reliability, performance, and customer experience.

You’ll work with Rails, React, TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL, AWS, and DevOps tooling in a collaborative team. Beyond troubleshooting, you’ll help modernize applications, build automation, and contribute

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, application or production support in SaaS.
• Strong troubleshooting across code, databases and infrastructure.
• Experience with Rails, React, TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL; familiarity with AngularJS.
• Git, CI/CD, code reviews, logging and monitoring.
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and auth/SSO technologies.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 3 production support and resolve escalated issues from diagnosis to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in Rails, React/TypeScript, SQL/PostgreSQL, and related tech.
• Perform root-cause analysis across applications, DBs, integrations and infra.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product and Support to improve stability and performance.
• Develop scripts and AI-assisted tools to streamline troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Contribute to modernization efforts, migrations and improvement of tooling.
