Job summary

You will collaborate with hardware, FPGA, and systems teams to define requirements, drive backlogs, and ensure successful delivery across programs.

The role requires a US Secret clearance and citizenship, with experience in secure software lifecycles and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 3–5+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years total experience without a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance before start.
• Expertise in embedded C/C++ development and software integration.
• Experience with full software lifecycle and configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of embedded security software development and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration of multi-threaded embedded C/C++ products.
• Act as Product Owner, managing backlogs to meet program commitments.
• Support PI planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, FPGA, and systems teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote agile practices and process improvements.
• Contribute to security and reliability of critical communications products.
