Job summary

RVO Health seeks a Procurement Manager to lead software/SaaS procurement and vendor negotiations, including AI/ML tools and enterprise platforms. You will manage the contracting lifecycle, drive cost savings, and oversee a small team.

You’ll collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Business Operations while optimizing spend across the portfolio. The role is based in a hybrid setup with in-office days in Fort Mill, SC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or contract management focused on software/SaaS.
• Experience negotiating software agreements including AI/ML vendor contracts.
• Experience mentoring or managing a team.
• Experience drafting or managing SOWs for contracted labor/services.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion (ERP/procurement) and T&E platforms (Navan).
• Familiarity with Asana, FreshService and JIRA for portfolio tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations with software, SaaS, and contractor agreements, tracking renewals and spend.
• Evaluate licensing models to identify savings and reduce shelfware.
• Oversee contracted labor sourcing and SOW management, ensuring clear scope and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with suppliers; ensure contractual commitments.
