Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role concentrates on enterprise application reliability and operational continuity across a complex healthcare environment.

In this position you will partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to diagnose issues, implement durable fixes, and enhance monitoring, alerting, and documentation to prevent disruptions and improve day-to-day support for critical systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support or related IT role
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Self-directed and organized with multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications to ensure smooth operations
• Diagnose and resolve application incidents reported by end-users
• Collaborate with various teams to implement fixes and permanent solutions
• Manage and enhance application monitoring dashboards and alerts
• Analyze alert noise and participate in alert tuning
• Perform routine system health checks and log reviews
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
