Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role concentrates on enterprise application reliability and operational continuity across a complex healthcare environment.

In this position you will partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to diagnose issues, implement durable fixes, and enhance monitoring, alerting, and documentation to prevent disruptions and improve day-to-day support for critical systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role is focused on supporting enterprise application reliability and operational continuity across a complex healthcare environment. The position partners closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to diagnose issues, implement durable fixes, and improve monitoring practices that help prevent future disruptions. The work will also contribute to stronger alerting, clearer documentation, and more efficient day-to-day support for critical systems.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $101,970 – $203,940 annually
