You will influence teams across Python, .NET, SAP, cloud-native apps, APIs, and integration platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading architecture, software quality, engineering governance, or technical review functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems.
• Experience governing AI-assisted software development and generative AI coding platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise-wide software engineering standards and governance frameworks.
• Define coding standards, design principles, architecture patterns, and development lifecycle controls.
• Review critical applications, architectural decisions, and high-impact development initiatives.
• Define and monitor automated quality gates and security controls across the SDLC.
• Lead architecture and technical design reviews for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with teams to implement automated CI/CD quality gates and metrics.
