Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Global Head of Enterprise Standards to lead software quality, functional safety, product security assurance, and Responsible AI governance across products and platforms.

You will partner with executives, engineering, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and business units to embed these disciplines into the product lifecycle. You will establish data governance for AI, drive certification readiness, and ensure mature, auditable processes while enabling responsible innovation

Qualifications

• Proven ability to set global strategy for software quality, safety, security, and AI governance.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, multinational teams and engaging with executives.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle governance, risk-based assurance, and regulatory coordination.
