Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA, an engineering company, is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance professional to ensure product quality from software validation to release. You will collaborate with Software Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Technical teams.

The role focuses on test strategy development, defect identification, risk assessment, and maintaining documentation. You will work in a fast-paced development environment with mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Engineering.
Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Experience with defect tracking and quality management tools such as Jira.
Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test suites for software and embedded systems.
Perform functional, regression, user acceptance, and production environment testing.
Validate software functionality across multiple systems and platforms.
Support verification and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing for quality release readiness.
