Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field with 8+ years (BS) or 6+ years (MS).
• Experience with real-time safety or mission-critical software using C/C++/Ada.
• Familiarity with NPR 7150.2C, IEEE 12207, DO-178C, or ISO 26262 standards.
• Software QA on DoD programs preferred; willingness to work in DoD environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and detail-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Develop software quality assurance plans and standards.
• Collaborate with customer and Leidos software QA teams.
• Assure requirements, design, coding, and testing processes.
• Provide product QA for documentation, code, and test cases.
• Oversee supplier software quality assurance and audits.
