Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Lead to support the U.S. Army C5ISR Center in Adelphi, MD.

The role leads Quality Engineering and Mission Assurance for a high‑visibility cyber program, ensuring contractual and mission requirements translate into effective controls and measurable performance. The successful candidate will serve as the senior quality SME to the Program Manager, drive QCP implementation, enforce traceability, and deliver executive dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4-8 years of professional experience.
• Currently possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with software/tools such as Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineering subject matter expert to the Program Manager.
• Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Establish traceability between PWS/PRS/CDRLs and quality controls.
• Monitor performance against PRS and identify risks early.
• Lead or facilitate CA/RCA for issues.
• Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate internal quality reviews and audits.
• Support subcontractor quality oversight.
