Job summary

ModMed is seeking an experienced Senior Software QA Engineer to lead quality assurance for our cloud platform and services. You will leverage manual and automated testing to ensure reliable, high-performance software releases.

You will design test plans, build automated frameworks, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across geos and with product teams to align QA with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience with emphasis on test automation.
• Strong experience designing test plans, cases, and strategies.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices; AWS familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across domains.
• Build and maintain automated testing framework using industry best practices.
• Ensure performance and security criteria are met; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-geo teams.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with dev teams for resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and coach test design and automation.
